Upsert a platform actor's profile PUT

Sets (or replaces) the platform-scoped profile of the given actor, validating against the active platform profile schema. Requires a platform-level client.

Upsert a project actor's profile PUT

Sets (or replaces) the project-scoped profile of the given actor within the project, validating against the project's active profile schema. Project users may update their own profile; project admins/owners may update any profile in the project.
