Revoke a signature POST

Revokes a previously fulfilled signature. Authenticated by the signature token passed as the `token` query parameter (NOT a JWT).

Create a certification template POST

Creates a certification template for the edition (`edition_attendance` or `program_attendance`; the latter is linked to programs after creation). The actor must be an owner or admin of the event.
