Starts a checkout: creates a payment intent against the wallet for the given seller, currency, and amount. The provider handles the payment out-of-band and reports the result via webhook. The actor must own the wallet. See the `Intent` schema for the provider-specific checkout data carried in `checkout_provider_data`.
Create an intent directly (test mode) POST
Test-mode helper: hard-creates an intent with full control over its status, provider, and provider data — no payment provider is contacted. Use to simulate provider outcomes (e.g. seed a `succeeded` intent so downstream systems observe the webhook flow). Must be a wallet owner.
