}Refund a succeeded payment intent (full refund) POST
Fully refunds a `succeeded` payment intent and returns its updated state. The intent status stays `succeeded` until the provider's `payment.refunded` webhook confirms the refund (webhook-only confirmation, mirroring approval). Only `succeeded` intents are refundable; an already-`refunded` intent returns as-is (idempotent). Full refund only in v1 — no amount parameter (partials are a later additive change).
Create a payment intent (checkout) POST
Starts a checkout: creates a payment intent against the wallet for the given seller, currency, and amount. The provider handles the payment out-of-band and reports the result via webhook. The actor must own the wallet. See the `Intent` schema for the provider-specific checkout data carried in `checkout_provider_data`.
