Create a project POST

Creates a project owned by the authenticated platform-level actor. Use `/organizations/{organization_id}/projects` to create an organization-scoped project instead.

Add a project member POST

Adds an existing actor (by email) to the project with the given role. The authenticated actor must be an admin or owner of the project.
