Get a project actor by ID GET

Fetches a single actor scoped to an organization-owned project. The actor must belong to the organization.

Create a project POST

Creates a project owned by the authenticated platform-level actor. Use `/organizations/{organization_id}/projects` to create an organization-scoped project instead.
