Records the authenticated actor's explicit agreement to the project's current terms version — the clickwrap path for existing users re-affirming after an update. Accepting a version already accepted is idempotent. The caller must be an actor of the project. Returns 404 when the project has no terms.

Serves the consent ledger to project admins: who agreed to which version, when, with the content hash that pins the exact document (the proof artifact LGPD art. 8 §2 demands). The authenticated actor must be an admin or owner of the project.
List project actors GET
Lists the actors registered in the project. The authenticated actor must be a user or member of the project (project-scoped service accounts included). Never public.
